INDIVIDUAL SUPPLEMENT REFUND POLICY

All individual supplement purchases are considered a FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.

SUPPLEMENT KIT REFUND POLICY* – UNITED STATES ONLY

You may request a refund on your Gut Thrive in 5 or Kick Candida For Good Supplement Kit ONLY if all supplements are returned unopened and received as the complete kit.

You may NOT return partial kits with missing product for a refund. All bottles, supplements, vials, and bags must be received unopened and unused with original seals.

*A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned supplements kits.

Failure to return all the supplements within the kit in their original unopened condition will result in no refund issued.

All refund requests must be placed and received within 30 days of purchase. Please email your refund request to info@thewholejourney.com. Our Customer Support Team will assign you an RMA# and provide directions for the return process.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT POLICY

The receiving party will be responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. We recommend checking with local authorities for information on current regulations before you place your supplement order.

While we work hard to prevent products from shipping to countries where ingredients are problematic or prohibited, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date.

As these regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order before you place your order.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please read before purchasing your international supplement order.

All international orders shipped outside of the United States are final and non-refundable.  Due to quality assurances, we cannot issue a refund for international orders that are returned to us for any reason including: products or kits that have been seized, destroyed or lost by customs; refused by receiving party at address given and returned; or lost by postal delivery services.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
