INDIVIDUAL SUPPLEMENT REFUND POLICY

All individual supplements are FINAL SALE. No refunds will be available on individual supplement purchases.

SUPPLEMENT KIT REFUND POLICY
You may request a refund on your Gut Thrive or Kick Candida Supplement Kit ONLY if all supplements are returned and received as the complete kit. You may NOT return partial kits for a refund. All bottles, supplements, vials and bags must be received unopened and unused with original seals and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Failure to return all supplements within the kit in original condition will result in no refund and no product returned. All requests must be placed within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please send your request for a refund to info@thewholejourney.com. Our Customer Support Team will assign an RMA# and provide directions for the return process.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT POLICY

The receiving party will be responsible for all customs fees and import taxes. We recommend checking with local authorities for information on current regulations.

While we work hard to prevent products from shipping to countries where ingredients are problematic or prohibited, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. As these regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned to us undamaged and in resalable condition. In the event that a refund is issued, it will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. No individual supplements can be returned for a refund.
